You've probably stayed in situations long after any reasonable person would have left. You've said things you wish you could unsay, done things you wish you could unknow, and occasionally looked at your own life and thought, “Well, this is certainly not what the brochure promised.”
But congratulations. You're still alive. Which is less inspiring when you remember that cockroaches are also still alive, but we'll take the victories where we can get them.

So fuck it. You might as well enjoy yourself. Have the inappropriate thought. Make the terrible joke. Flirt with the bad idea. Regret it later. Pretend you don't care. Care deeply. Hide it badly. Repeat until dead.
That's the human experience.
We arrive screaming, spend several decades accumulating debt, trauma, regrets and passwords we can't remember, then eventually become somebody else's uncomfortable administrative responsibility. Beautiful. Absolutely fucking beautiful.
And somehow, in the middle of all this magnificent stupidity, you still manage to wake up every morning and carry on. Not because you're particularly brave. Not because you've figured life out. Mostly because apparently your body hasn't received the memo.
So go ahead. Be a fucking problem. You've already paid the admission fee.
Humanity is a disaster. You're a disaster. I'm a disaster. The difference is that some of us have the good sense to laugh about it.
And if everything goes according to plan, eventually there won't be a plan, there won't be a problem, and there won't be a you.
